Most colleagues think that turntable bearing is a very difficult "opponent", which is easy to crack in water quenching but not hard in oil quenching. The bearing is mainly used for assembling various mechanical equipment, and the large bearing can be used in a rotating state, and the positioning direction of the machinery can also be changed; Small bearings are basically quenched and tempered. According to requirements, bearings can also be tempered at low or medium temperature after quenching. With the development of national economy and the demand of export-oriented economy, 010.40.800 bearing can be used not only to manufacture various components in engineering, but also to manufacture low-grade optional parts, as well as slow cutting wire equipment, pig raising equipment, and also to assemble various hardware tools such as various machines, as well as various garden machinery and agricultural machinery tools. The following is a brief introduction to the production technology and surface modification of turntable bearings for reference by colleagues in the industry. I. Chemical composition, critical point of heat treatment and general process of 010.40.800 The general heat treatment process of four-point contact ball turntable bearing is as follows: 1) blank softening treatment: 740~760ºC×4~6h, furnace cooling to 600ºC at a cooling rate of 50~100ºC/h, and air cooling. 2) Normalization: heating at 850~870ºC, discharging and air cooling. 3) Quenching and tempering: quenching at 840~860ºC and tempering at 450~550ºC. 4) Quenching+tempering: heat quenching at 820~840ºC, and select appropriate coolant according to the actual situation; Tempering process depends on the required mechanical properties of the workpiece.
Strict production process
1.Drawings
According to the customers specific requirements, the field where the bearing is used and working conditions. We optimize the design of products in order that the customers could economize and get their desired pruducts
2.materials
All the materials are high-quality bearing steel with high purity. The quality is strictly inspected and checked. The high quality of the product is guaranteed from the first procedure.
3.Forging
The professional forging equipment and advanced set-forging process are used.
Steel bar is heated with the medium frequency induction and its different positions temperature is measured with the thermometer. After heating and thermal hydraulic shear, they are forged in accordance with the needs of grind and expansion. Then they are groud and expanded with CNC grinding machine so that the products could meet the technological requirements in size and geometry
4.Heat treatment annealing
All products are produced with the spheroidal annealing to ensure the product temperature uniformity good internal structure and other characteristics which is beneficial to the next step turning and quenching.
Heat treatment with quenching and tempering
The heat treatment in strict accordance with advanced process and the precious control quenching ensure that the bright quenching effect be reached
