XV series cross roller bearings consist of a thick wall outer ring, a separate inner ring, cylindrical roller, spacer and labyrinth seal ring. The inner ring is centering on the shaft and is oriented axially by a high-precision nut and shaft shoulder. The bearing clearance can be adjusted. The outer ring is located at the center of the housing and is bolted to the housing.

4.Bearing application
XV series cross roller bearings are characterized by high precision, high rigidity, high bearing capacity and small volume. The inner ring or the outer ring is a two-section structure, and the bearing clearance can be adjusted. Even when applied to preload, high precision rotary motion can be obtained. Because of its special structure, it is commonly used as a joint bearing in industrial robots.
