RU85UUCCOP4 is a precision cross roller bearings with cylindrical rollers as rolling elements. There are three types of mounting structures:

&:RU85; both inner and outer rings are smooth holes, and the countersunk holes are in the same direction;

&:RU85G; both inner and outer rings are smooth holes, and the countersunk holes are in opposite directions;

&:RU85X, the outer ring is smooth and the inner ring is threaded;

What kind of bearing is model RU85 bearing?
1. High precision: the precision can reach P4 and P2 level;
2. High rigidity: all bearings of this series are pre-loaded;

How to install this series of bearings?
The selection of crossed roller bearing is mainly to consider the mounting mode and size of the bearing, which can be divided into the following two types:
1. The Roller Bearing without installation hole has a thinner wall thickness, which is suitable for small installation space. High Precision Bearing needs to be pressed on the equipment with flange plate. The specific difference of RB/RE/CRBH/SX/RA type is as follows

The dimensions of the inner and outer rings are miniaturized, the extremely thin form is close to the limit of the small size, and has high rigidity, the cross roller bearing precision can reach P2 level. It is suitable for joint rotating part of industrial robot, rotating table of machining center, precise rotating table, medical machine, calculator, IC manufacturing device and so on.

Production process-RU85 bearing
1.Drawings    
According to the customers specific requirements, the field where the bearing is used and working conditions. We optimize the design of products in order that the customers could economize and get their desired pruducts
2.materials
All the materials are high-quality bearing steel with high purity. The quality is strictly inspected and checked. The high quality of the product is guaranteed from the first procedure.
3.Forging
The professional forging equipment and advanced set-forging process are used. 
Steel bar is heated with the medium frequency induction and its different positions temperature is measured with the thermometer. After heating and thermal hydraulic shear, they are forged in accordance with the needs of grind and expansion. Then they are groud and expanded with CNC grinding machine so that the products could meet the technological requirements in size and geometry
4.Heat treatment annealing
All products are produced with the spheroidal annealing to ensure the product temperature uniformity good internal structure and other characteristics which is beneficial to the next step turning and quenching.
Heat treatment with quenching and tempering
The heat treatment in strict accordance with advanced process and the precious control quenching ensure that the bright quenching effect be reached
5.Rough grinding
Although it is a rough grinding process,  we still strictly control the size accuracy and geometric accuracy to lay a solid foundation for the precise grinding quality
Stable tempering
We have stable tempering on the ring after the rough grinding to eliminate stress and further stabilize the size and geometric precision
