Bearing application:
Double volleyball turntable bearings are widely used in bucket turbines, heavy-lift transport machinery, port machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, park recreation machines, filling machines and missile launchers and other large rotary devices.
Improper lubrication or hard foreign matter can wear out the bearing retainer. Sliding friction is the most important thing to avoid in the running of rolling bearing. However, the sliding contact between the roller and the retainer is usually impossible to eliminate, so if the lubrication is poor, the retainer is the first to wear parts. And the retainer is made of a softer material, so wear is fairly quick. A gradual gap in the retainer will cause the retainer to crack quickly. The same thing happens when a hard particle penetrates a bearing.
