Important note:
1. The product has been rustproof for 6 months when it leaves the factory. If you store the product for more than 6 months, you must open the package and re-do the rustproof treatment.
2. Before the product leaves the factory, there is a small amount of lubricating oil in the track, and you must fill it with butter as required before use.
The sign mark
The name plate is located on the rolling ring of the slewing support (it may be outside or inside located near the clogging), which indicates the brief and important information of the slewing support, as shown in the figure below: indicating the manufacturer, model, date of manufacture, contact information, etc.
2, mark
The hardened soft belt of the rotary bearing raceway is placed in the non-load area or the non-constant load area. The soft belt is located at the external mark "S" and the blockage.
Ring gear the largest teeth of the three rack gears, marked in green. The side clearance of the driving pinion must be adjusted there.
Special note: the "number string" under "S" is the product number of our company.
The signage is usually located near the plug.
Installation instructions
1. Preparation before installation
Appearance check whether the package of slewing support is in good condition.
Confirm that the rotary support you received is in accordance with the requirements of the contract order
Confirm that the slewing support is not damaged in the process of transportation and whether the rotation is flexible.
Open the protective package of the slewing support in a clean and dry environment; Clean each joint surface. Remove iron filings, paint and rust inhibitor, etc.
Observe and check whether the seal is still in the correct position, and clean the mounting plane and mating part of the slewing support. Whether the screw hole on the mounting plane can be aligned with the mounting hole on the slewing support.
Special note:
High strength bolts shall be used for slewing support installation, and the appropriate strength grade shall be selected according to the bearing capacity.
The mounting bolt washer shall be of quenched and tempered plain washer. Do not use spring washers
Tighten the bolts once according to the following sequence
safekeeping
1, slewing support factory has been oil seal packaging. The packed slewing bearings can be stored under suitable conditions for 6 months. The idle supporting raceway shall be lubricated every 12 months (refer to the preceding "rotary supporting maintenance lubrication").
2. Oil seal packing method is as follows:
. Remove the slewing support from the wooden case
. When unpacking, be careful not to cut the sealing belt; It should be separated layer by layer from the outermost layer.
After disassembling the slewing support should be the first to the raceway into the grease, the surface of the oil, then the oil seal packaging
When removing oil, do not use chlorine solvent into the sealing belt into the raceway.
. After removing the oil, clean the outer surface and evenly apply the upper layer of anti-embroidery grease (f20-1) or industrial vaseline (sy1607-77).
Then the goods are packed in the same way as before and packed in wooden cases again. It's better to nail a layer of linoleum in the wooden case for dampproof and rain proof. If there is no wooden box for storage after oil seal packing, the supports can be stacked up.
Note: when stacking, at least three evenly distributed equi-height wood blocks should be placed along the circumference between each support, and the upper and lower supporting blocks should be placed in the same position.
