Product description:
LYDZC production of rotary plate bearing strengthening design, production in strict accordance with the drawings design for production. Polyurea grease, consistency 2, temperature range -30 to +150 degrees (standard filling).
There is no retainer design inside the bearing. If the main machine equipment has strict requirements on bearing noise, brass solid retainer can be added into the raceway design, which is conducive to reducing noise and running more easily and smoothly. Use brass solid retainer without rear designation.

Daily and regular maintenance of bearings:
1.Daily maintenance of equipment includes daily maintenance and weekend cleaning. Daily maintenance,which requires operators to do in each shift of production,
2.Check the lubrication system, transmission mechanism, control system and sliding surface of the bearing before the shift, and then start the equipment to make the bearing run normally;
3.Strictly follow the operation procedures to use equipment in class, and deal with problems in time;
4.Clean equipment carefully before work, remove iron filings, wipe and clean. Apply oil layer on sliding surface.
