SX type cross roller bearing model introduction
1. Characteristics of LYDZC cross roller bearings are two columns of cylindrical rollers that are arranged vertically and crosswise through nylon isolation blocks in a 90-degree v-shaped rolling path. Therefore, the cross roller bearings can bear radial load, axial load, moment load and other multi-directional loads. The size of the inner and outer rings is miniaturized, the extremely thin form is close to the limit of the small size, and has high rigidity, and the precision of LYDZC cross roller bearing can reach level 2. Therefore, it is suitable for joint rotation of industrial robots, rotary table of machining center, precision rotary table, medical machine, calculator, IC manufacturing device and other equipment.

Installation and debugging of SX type cross roller bearing
Cross roller bearings should be installed according to the following procedures:
1. Before installation, clean the bearing seat or other mounting parts to eliminate dirt, and confirm whether the burrs of each part have been removed.
2. When inserting into the bearing seat or shaft, as it is a thin wall bearing, it is prone to tilt when inserting, please use the plastic hammer to find out the level at the same time, and tap evenly in the circumference direction, and insert bit by bit until you can confirm by sound that it is completely close to the contact surface.
3. Flank the mounting of flange plate
3.1 after placing the side pressure flange plate into place, roll it back and forth several times in the circular direction to adjust the position of the mounting bolt.
3.2 install the compression bolt. Make sure the bolt is not difficult to screw in due to hole deviation.
3.3 tightening of compression bolts from temporary to formal tightening can be divided into 3 to 4 stages, and repeated tightening in the order of diagonal. When tightening the compression bolts of the inner or outer rings of the two segments, a slight rotation of the integral outer or inner rings is often used during the tightening process to correct the two segments.
