Bearing design concept:
The bearing flange design reduces weight and allows the equipment designer to more flexibly design the profile of the adjacent mounting structure and the arrangement of the bolts. It is suitable for a variety of applications when the size is large and the weight is light.
Structure advantages:
1.The design features a deep groove raceway with a four-point contact through the ball, enabling the bearing to bear both radial, axial and torque loads. The spacing between the spacing ball and the load bearing ball can reduce the rotational resistance torque, and better performance can be obtained in the case of swing motion. Perfect phase seal can help discharge contaminants.
2.Bearing has teeth, inner teeth and outer teeth form, providing the designer with maximum flexibility of choice. Bearing adopts involute short tooth design with pressure Angle of 20 degrees, which can reach AGMA Q5 level accuracy, and allowable side clearance is 0.005 to 0.015 inches. All of these bearings have four 90-degree grease nozzles. Bearing without teeth and inner teeth, with an oil nozzle at the outside diameter steps (rD). The bearing of the outer teeth, with the nozzle located at the inner diameter steps (rd).
Application range:
fairly the bearing in light load, medium load cases have a wide range of applications, including: small crane, derrick and elevators, industry position sensor and rotary table, rotating chute, stretch wrapping machine, bottling machine, conveyor, and associated handling equipment, rotating display or two flange ring, size range is 20-47 inches in diameter (500-1200 - mm).
