Problems needing attention in metallographic analysis of bearing materials
(1) Multi-scale structure of bearing materials: atomic and molecular level, dislocation and other crystal defect level, grain microstructure level, meso-structure level, macro-structure level, etc.
(2) The inhomogeneity of the microstructure of the turntable bearing material: the actual microstructure often has the inhomogeneity of geometric morphology, chemical composition and micro-performance (such as microhardness and local electrochemical degree);
(3) The directionality of bearing materials' microstructure: including anisotropy of grain morphology, directionality of macrostructure, crystallographic selection orientation, directionality of macroscopic properties of materials, etc., which should be analyzed and characterized respectively;
(4) The variability of bearing materials' microstructure: chemical composition changes, phase transition and microstructure evolution caused by external factors and time changes, etc. may all lead to the changes of materials' microstructure. Therefore, besides the qualitative and quantitative analysis of static microstructure, bearings should pay attention to whether it is necessary to study the solid phase transition process, microstructure evolution dynamics and evolution mechanism.

   RKS.061.20.0944 bearing basic introduction: 1. the standard of this bearing is slightly different from the number of each brand, which belongs to the external tooth type four-point contact ball rotary support turntable bearing. the material is usually determined according to the customer host, and the material is different in different use occasions. generally, 50Mn or 42CrMo carbon steel or bearing steel is used. The quenching hardness can reach HRC58-64, and the quenching and tempering hardness is 229-269HB, which can ensure the bearing life and rotation accuracy. 2. The bearing has a thickness of 56mm, an outer diameter of 1046.7mm, an inner diameter of 872mm, and a thickness of 56 mm. It is a medium-sized or large-sized bearing with a weight of 77kg. It is a bearing with a large market manufactured by LYDZC according to domestic and foreign standards. 3. RKS.061.20.0944 model bearings produced by LYDZC are in the range of P4A (UP)-P5, which are mostly used as main engine accessories with large bearing requirements, and can ensure the main engine to show good operation. 4.
