Materials for ferrule and roll
Generally, the rolling body is made of fully hardened carbon chromium bearing steel. Made of GCr15 or GCr15SiMn steel; The rotary supporting ring is made of hardened steel on the surface. When the user has no special requirements, 50Mn steel is generally used for manufacturing. However, in order to meet the needs of the host in some special applications, other grades of hardened steel can be selected according to the specific conditions provided by the user, such as 42CrMo, 5CrMnMo, etc.
Materials for the cage
Bearing retainers have integral, sectional, isolation block and other structural forms. The integral type and segment type retainer are made of 20 steel or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy. The isolation block is made of polyamide 1010 resin and ZL102 cast aluminum alloy. In recent years, with the continuous development of the material industry, nylon GRPA66.25 has been popularized and applied in the design of sectional cage.
Materials for sealing rings
The rotary bearing sealing ring is made of oil resistant butyl rubber.
The code number of the supplying state of the ring materials and the blank is specified in the table. In the table, "T" means that the blank of the ring is supplied in the state of quality adjustment, and "Z" means that the blank of the ring is supplied in the state of normalizing.
