1. diameter accuracy and geometry accuracy
On the shaft, it is very important to support the journal and match the journal. Its diameter accuracy is IT5-IT9, while the shape accuracy should be controlled within the diameter tolerance, and its requirements are higher than the diameter accuracy.
Mutual position accuracy
If the bearing is of ordinary precision, its radial circular runout is generally regarded as 0.01-0.03mm if it is matched with the journal to support the journal. And the high-precision axis is 0.001-0.005mm .. If there are special requirements, they should be clearly stated. If it is a high-precision bearing, the requirements are more stringent.
2. Surface roughness
The requirements of surface roughness of shaft parts are different because of factors such as precision and running speed of machines. The surface roughness of the bearing journal is 0.16-0.63um, and the matching journal is 0.63-2.5um..
3. Bearing materials, blanks and heat treatment
The commonly used material of bearing parts is 45 steel, and through normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, certain strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness are obtained.
For bearing parts with high rotating speed, alloy structural steel can be used, because it will improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance after heat treatment.
Forging and round steel are generally used for bearings, which can reduce the cutting amount and improve the mechanical properties of materials.
