Dongzhou wind power bearings r&d manufacturing base East Axis exhibited self-developed series bearings of wind turbines with high technical content, which attracted customers' attention.   As a clean and renewable energy, wind energy has been paid more and more attention by countries all over the world. Luoyang East Axis began to research and develop wind turbine bearings in 1990s, and is a domestic bearing enterprise engaged in research and development of wind turbine bearings. With the rapid development of wind power industry at home and abroad, especially the wind power project has been identified as one of the sixteen key technologies for national development, the company listed the research and development of megawatt wind turbine bearings as a key research and development project, and invested in the East Axis Precision Technology and Manufacturing Industrial Park to establish a modern wind turbine bearing production base.
While introducing all kinds of contemporary finishing equipment and adopting processing technology, the company invested in the transformation of the technology center, which improved the research and development capability and independent innovation level of the enterprise, and built the bearing testing center of the domestic bearing industry, forming three development platforms: product research and development, manufacturing technology and testing technology. At present, East Axis has built a national scale bearing production base for wind power generation, has formed a complete research and development system for wind turbine bearings, and successfully produced series bearings for wind turbines, which can provide complete bearing supporting services for megawatt wind turbines, and has mass production capacity, and began to supply in batches for many world-renowned wind power enterprises and many domestic users.
After 70 years of independent innovation, East Axis has become the only enterprise in China that can provide supporting services for wind turbines in batches.
