The rotary support of single row four-point contact ball bearing produced by luoyang east shaft bearing co., LTD is composed of two sets of rings. Bearing inner packaging can be divided into three categories according to the rust-proof period:
Packing for short rust protection period: the rust protection period is 3 to 6 months, which is suitable for large quantity delivery of bearing to the same subscriber, which will be put into use in a short period of time. According to the agreement of both parties, simple packaging is adopted in the principle of convenient use.
The general anti-rust period packaging: one year anti-rust period, suitable for bearings of general use.
Resist-proof packing: two years of rust protection, suitable for special and precision bearings.
The bearing inner packing materials include polyethylene plastic drum (box), kraft paper, plain and corrugated polyethylene composite paper, paper box, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening belt or plastic fastening belt, waterproof high-strength plastic belt, linen bag, etc. All the above materials shall be qualified for corrosion resistance test.
Principles and requirements of bearing inner packing method:
Semi-bearing: every 10 to 15 sets of bearings shall be packed into a plastic cylinder, and every 5 to 10 plastic tubes shall be packed into a paper box (or bag or roll)
String medium and small size bearings:
Polyethylene film, kraft paper or polyethylene compound paper are used for winding of multiple sets of bearings.
Multiple sets of bearings are loaded into a plastic cylinder (box);
The single set of bearings are packed in polyethylene film bags, which are folded or sealed into a paper box
Torque large bearing:
A single set of polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper is packed in a paper box
Use polyethylene film bag, single set of packaging folding bag mouth, then into a paper box;
Single set into special plastic box
Single set of three-layer wrapping packaging: inner layer with polyethylene film tape or composite paper tape, middle layer with fastening tape, outer layer with waterproof permeable plastic tape
Superior large bearing:
Single set, three-layer wrapping package (ibid.);
Package wrapped in four layers: after the above three layers, wrap the outer layer with a layer of linen tape
For detachable taper roller bearings with an outer diameter of 150mm or greater, padded polyethylene film should be used before packaging the inner and outer components or separate packaging for the inner and outer components
For interchangeable cylindrical roller bearing with an outer diameter of 150mm or more, it is easy to crack due to the package packaging. Generally, the inner and outer components can be packaged separately
General materials and requirements for bearing outer packing are as follows:
Double corrugated cartons of less than 25kg gross weight (gross weight) per carton packed with plastic straps for external use
Bamboo staple board box (wooden box), with a total weight of no more than 30kg per box, tied with bluish steel belts externally;
The total weight of each carton is no more than 25kg. The cartons are packed and tied with plastic straps
When bearing products with inner packaging are put into the box, they should be packed with plastic bags or plastic film. If there is space in the box, it needs to be filled with corrugated pieces of paper, scraps of paper and other dry materials
