Key technologies

Grinding process: Each set of DZE turntable bearings, crossed roller bearings, and YRT turntable bearings undergoes a grinding production process. The key is the selection of the grinding wheel and the selection of the grinding wheel grit. The grinding wheel grits we are suitable for include: 46-grit medium corundum, Luo corundum, 60-grit, 80-grit, and 100-grit.
Demanding design: Each set of RU crossed roller bearings can withstand axial, radial forces and overturning moments. The load-bearing capacity is closely related to the rolling element type, rolling element size, number and contact angle.
Grease: We choose grease with low temperature resistance of -296 degrees and high temperature resistance of 200 degrees.
