High speed precision bearing installation
High speed precision I bearings are mainly used for high speed rotating occasions with light load, requiring high precision, high speed, low temperature rise and low vibration and a certain service life. It is a key part of the high-speed spindle of internal surface grinding machine.

following items should be noted:
1. The bearing shall be installed in a clean room without dust. The bearing shall be carefully selected and matched.
2. The bearing should be cleaned before installation, and the inner ring slope should be upward during cleaning, with flexible manual induction and no sense of stasis. After drying, a quantity of grease should be put into it.
3. Special tools shall be used for bearing installation, which shall bear uniform force and shall not be beaten. 4. The bearing shall be kept clean and ventilated, free from corrosive gas, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 65%. Long-term storage shall be regularly antirust.
Notes for bearing selection:
Select bearing according to the journal, that is, repair the crankshaft according to the specified dimensions first, select the fixed dimensions of the bearing assembly, so that it meets the specified fit gap. This method is of good quality, easy to operate and can shorten the working time. However, the following items should be noted
when selecting bearings:
When selecting new bearings, the roundness and taper errors of the bore should be checked to make them conform to the standard. During the inspection, screw down the bearing cover and seat according to the specified torque, and check the cylinder gauge or inner diameter micrometer. The roundness and taper error should not exceed 0.02mm, otherwise the normal fit gap between the bearing and the journal will be damaged, accelerating the wear of the bearing and the journal. After the new bearing is put into the seat hole, each end of the upper and lower bearing plates shall be 0.03-0.04mm higher than the bearing surface. In this way, after bearing compacting, bearing elastic deformation and tight in the room, not loose, and good thermal conductivity. The fixed teeth on the bearing floor should be in good condition; otherwise, the bearing will be displaced, the lubricating oil channel will be blocked, the oil supply will be interrupted and the parts will be burnt. The back of the bearing should be smooth and flat, and no file or padded paper is allowed to affect the heat dissipation. However, in the maintenance work, there are some unavoidable circumstances, such as excessive clearance between the bearing and the journal or using the old bearing, a thin copper sheet is allowed on the back of the bearing, but it must be levelled and spear out the oil hole.
