What is the precision grade of XV100 small bearings? What is the influence of high precision on the performance of bearings? Is P6 precision high or P4 precision high for Luoyang East Axis Bearing? Is the bearing more expensive with higher precision?
Rolling bearings The precision of crossed roller bearings is divided into (mainly) dimensional precision and rotational precision. Accuracy has been standardized and can be divided into six levels: 0, 6X, 6, 5, 4 and 2.
The accuracy is improved in turn from level 0, which is sufficient for general use, but when used in the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1, the accuracy of level 5 or higher is required.
Although the above precision grades are based on ISO standards, their titles are different in national standards.

1, grease or oil failure or wrong selection.
Countermeasures: Select the correct grease or oil, and check the compatibility of grease or oil.
2. The oil level is too low, the lubricant is lost from the oil seal, and the grease in the bearing box is insufficient.
Countermeasures: The oil level should be slightly lower than the center of the next rolling body, and the grease in the bearing box should fill about 1/3 to 1/2 space.
3. If the oil level is too high or the grease in the bearing housing is completely filled, it will cause the lubricant to be fully stirred, resulting in high temperature or oil leakage.
Countermeasures: Add grease into the box to 1/2; If the oil is lubricated, the oil level is slightly lower than the center of the lower roller.
4. Inappropriate bearing clearance leads to excessive expansion of the inner ring when there is heat flow through the shaft center.
Countermeasure: Check whether the clearance of overheated bearing is within the original design range. If so, please use a larger clearance, and change it to C3 or C3 to C4.
5. The contact (friction) oil seal is too dry or the spring is too tight.
Countermeasure: Replace the contact oil seal and lubricate its oil seal surface.
6. The inner hole of the bearing box is not round, the bearing box is distorted, the supporting surface is uneven, and the inner diameter of the box hole is too small.
Countermeasures: Check the bearing box and inner hole, and adjust the uniform distribution of the base adjusting tabs.
7. The rotating oil seal rubs against the gland, or the shaft shoulder rubs against the bearing seal cover.
Countermeasures; Check the running clearance of rotating oil seal to avoid friction and prevent misalignment.
8. Cross positioning or two positioning bearings on one shaft, resulting in insufficient clearance in the bearings due to excessive axial expansion.
Countermeasure: Insert the adjusting plate between the bearing box and the flange of the end cover to release the axial preload of the bearing.
Move the end cover of any bearing box outward, and use the adjusting piece to obtain the gap between the bearing box and the outer ring. If possible, apply axial spring force on the outer ring to reduce the axial floating of the shaft.
9. The tightening sleeve is excessively locked.
Countermeasure: Loosen the fixing nut and sleeve, and re-lock to ensure that the bearing can rotate freely.
10. When the axes with two or more bearings are coupled, incorrect linear deviation or angular skew will occur.
Countermeasures; Adjust the correct alignment by adjusting tabs to ensure that the axes are coupled in a straight line, especially when there are three or more bearings running on the important official.
11, the diameter of the shaft is too large, resulting in excessive expansion of the inner ring, reducing bearing clearance.
Countermeasure: Grind the shaft diameter to get a proper fit between the shaft and the inner ring of the bearing.
Use bearings with large radial clearance.
